Our mid-to-late harvest fresh hop IPA.  We sometimes change hops and/or famrs, so check out the details for your specific batch.  But what is always true is that the hops are harvested the morning we pick them up, then bagged and we have wort on it within 5 hours.  It’s as fresh as it gets!
